One address, read by the people who write the notes. Corrections are the messages that get answered first.

This desk runs no contact form, no live chat and no ticket queue. A plain email reaches the same place any of those would, without asking you to hand over anything beyond the address you write from.
What gets a reply
- Corrections. A specific sentence, what is wrong with it, and ideally a transaction signature, account address or document that shows it. These are handled first.
- Method questions. If a note describes a measurement and you cannot reproduce it, say which step failed and what you observed instead.
- Research suggestions. Mechanisms that are poorly explained elsewhere are the best suggestions. Include why the existing explanations are unsatisfying.
- Documentation pointers. If a protocol changed and a note is now stale, a link to the change is more useful than a general warning.
What does not get a reply
- Requests to cover, promote, rank or review a specific token. This desk does not write about individual tokens on request.
- Offers to buy links, sponsored paragraphs, guest posts or placements inside existing notes.
- Requests for trading advice, price opinions, entry or exit levels, or portfolio review. See the editorial policy for why.
- Requests to remove factual, mechanism-level explanations because they are inconvenient.
Practical notes
The desk publishes no telephone number and no postal address, because it operates as a distributed editorial project rather than a walk-in office and inventing a street address would be exactly the kind of decoration the editorial policy prohibits.
Replies are written by the same people who write the notes, so they arrive at the pace of research rather than the pace of a support desk. A correction that requires re-deriving arithmetic may take longer to answer than one that fixes a typo, and the slower reply usually means the report was taken seriously.
Security and privacy
Do not send private keys, seed phrases or wallet exports. There is no circumstance in which this desk needs them, and any message asking you for them is not from us. What happens to the data this site does collect is described in the privacy notice.
